Another day, another interesting project! And this one is something you can build for yourself.

When we talk about DIY MiniPC's the first thing that comes to mind is the Raspberry Pi, the device(s) that literally changed the world, bringing low-price and low-power computing to millions of people and that built a huge community around them.

So everyone can build their own mini PC, and someone named Pole_ergo took this idea to the next level when he made a very interesting Raspberry Pi UMPC design concept, which you can replicate at home - should make an interesting DIY project with your kids, for instance.

So what we have here is the Raspberry PI (obviously), a Micro bluetooth keyboard, a 5'' screen, a large battery (26500 mAh), the Adafruit Kippah, connection cable, battery charger booster - and all these are quite cheap.

Here's a video with the resulted Raspberry Pi UMPC - might not be the most powerful or the most beautiful mini PC, but I'm pretty sure it will worth your while building it - and you might feel first-hand the "Ikea effect" :-)
